Yes it's confirmed! The Grammy Award-Winning, South Korean Classical Singer Sumi Jo will visit Philippines to hold a concert. 



Sumi will sing in order to help #TyphoonYolanda victims in Visayas by giving back their rehabilitation and other matters. The South Korean Classical Singer Sumi was known for her vocal agility, master of bel canto repertoires and techniques.  She was one of the famous Asian Opera Singers to conquer the international opera productions. She has performed in all the prominent opera houses in the world including, The Royal Opera House in London, The Metropolitan Opera House in New York and The Vienna State Opera House.

The Sumi Jo Manila Concert is on FEBRUARY 1, 2013, 8:00 PM at The Samsung Hall, SM AURA PREMIER, BONIFACIO GLOBAL CITY. She will be collaborating with the country's award-winning and international classical pianist Mr. Najib Ismael.  

The net proceeds from this event will be coursed through Tanging Yaman Foundation of Manoling Francisco, S.J., of Ateneo de Manila& University to reach the communities devastated by super typhoon Yolanda.
